Lee Lau is a Vancouver, British Columbia lawyer who focuses
his practice on law relating to the information technology
industry. He represents major and emerging players in
the technology industry and has had an active hand in
numerous high profile transactions in that industry.
Lee advises clients on all aspects of I.T. law in order
to assist them to maximize commercial value through:
- the protection and commercialization of intellectual
property;
- structuring, acquisitions and mergers of technology
companies;
- negotiating all manner of agreements and strategic
partnerships in the I.T. industry; and
- conducting due diligence on technology companies
for government, financial institutions and venture
capitalists.
Lee was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1996.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University
of Victoria.
