Lee T. Lau focuses his practise on law relating to the
information technology industry with a special emphasis
on transactional issues arising out of licensing and business-development
and matters relating to commercial exploitation of intellectual
property.
Lee has been active in the growing information technology
environment in British Columbia and on the internet.
He has actively participated in many news-groups, bulletin
boards, e-mail lists and the new discussion forums that
have helped shape this new body of law. Lee has also
represented many players in the information technology

Lee is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University
of Victoria, (1996) and received his Bachelor of Arts
from the University of British Columbia (1991). He was
admitted to the bar of British Columbia as a Barrister
and Solicitor in 1997 and has practiced law continually
since that date.
