The day the Wind Blew
So here it was, my first windsurfing lesson. I signed up for 4 lessons, cause if I was going to do it, I was going to do it and I only had one week. On Monday there was not enough wind so I signed up for Surf lessons on Tuesday morning, with a tentative wind surfing lesson in the afternoon. My 10:00 lesson began with Bill showing me on the beach how to get up, seems easy enough... So onto the water we went, wow wobble! Surfing's tough! That's all I can say, now I know why those surfer dudes are RIPPED, despite floating in the water all day! After about an hour and a half of the lessons, we figured that the wind was enough for a wind surfing lesson, we we headed back to Kahalui to have some lunch and for Lee to pick up some gear.
This is actually my second lesson. Beach start!
